About me
I have been a personal trainer for the better part of 15 years. Working as a CrossFit coach, Olympic weightlifting coach and now full time into nutrition coaching as well, after 15 years in the industry I have seen it all! I have worked with a broad range of individuals; from high level athletes to people that were looking to simply make a difference in their lives, change their habits and improve their health. Part of my work has been connecting physical wellness to the emotional side of well-being and a few years ago I received some additional training to support my clients better with their mental health and work on the emotional and physical connection. Over the years I have been able to support over 1,000 clients in their journeys: helping them see fitness, health, and well-being through different eyes. I believe in consistency over perfection, I believe in creating good habits instead of drastic changes and I believe that growth lives in learning from our mistakes. Fitness Expertise: Melissa has extensive experience as an athlete, CrossFit coach, Olympic weightlifting coach, and is now fully immersed in nutrition + wellness coaching. Diverse Clientele: She has worked with a wide range of individuals, from high-level athletes to those seeking lifestyle changes and improved health. Holistic Approach: Melissa integrates physical wellness with emotional well-being, having received additional training to support clients with their mental health. Melissa, being fully bilingual, offers a unique opportunity to conduct sessions in French, catering to our French-speaking colleagues and potentially expanding our membership base.
