About me
Chris grew up in Ontario, but moved to Alberta in 2005 to pursue and expand on his culinary experience at NAIT. Through NAIT, he was able to develop a comprehensive professional network in Edmonton, and travel the world for work and competitions. After 15 years as a professional chef, Chris found his passion for education and completed his Education degree at the U of A. He now teaches Foods 20 & 30 at Bellerose Composite High School in St. Albert. He enjoys making connections through food, exploring the politics and issues around food, and working with students to achieve their goals.
