About me
Hello! My name is Emmalee Brosch and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I earned a Master’s of Counselling through City University of Edmonton. The population that I have worked with the most is children and youth. I have worked with children and youth for the last eight years in multiple settings which has included schools, residential care/group homes, and big brother’s big sister programs. Over the years I have also had the pleasure of working alongside families with children who have disabilities, particularly in supporting behaviour management. I have extensive experience and confidence working with individuals with: Developmental Disabilities Behaviour Issues/Concerns Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Trauma related disorders Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) Anxiety related disorders I have also worked in an internship setting with individual adults with diverse backgrounds and needs. I am open to working with: Individuals (children, youth and adults) Groups My approach to therapy is person-centered and collaborative with compassion, genuineness, and empathy.
