About me
Steve is a Professional Engineer who graduated from the rigorous program at the Royal Military College in Kingston, ON with a BEng (mechanical). After completing 10 years of service, his entrepreneurial spirit shone through and he began his career as a professional sales engineer. Steve currently owns two businesses that focus on application of new technologies to engineering, architectural and manufacturing companies. After acquiring a 3D printer with his fifteen year old son in 2012, Steve recognized and researched the opportunities for its application to, his then current client base in, the oil sands and manufacturing sector. While many schools have acquired 3D printers, there is a need for direction to assist the students in understanding the future career opportunities involving 3D Printing.
